Samantha Bobra is an experienced Android software engineer and mobile engineering manager with a strong passion for developing high-quality mobile applications and fostering engineering talent.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University and completed her high school education at Stuart Country Day School.

Samantha has worked at various notable organizations in the tech industry, including Discord, where she serves as a Software Engineer.

She previously held leadership roles at VSCO®, such as Software Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Lead, and Software Engineer, focusing on Android development and community initiatives.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Samantha is actively involved in mentoring computer science students and new software engineers, engaging in public speaking, organizing tech community events, and pursuing interests in filmmaking, photography, and gaming.
