Jesus Mantas - a senior managing partner of IBM Global Business Services (GBS) - is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in corporate strategy, innovation, and development. He has been credited for his role in IBM's strategic transformation journey, following the company's acquisition of Red Hat, and was instrumental in shaping IBM's response to COVID-19.

Aside from his roles at IBM, Jesus is also on the Board of Directors of Biogen Inc (BIIB) and serves on the Global AI Council of the World Economic Forum Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He brings a wealth of expertise, having previously held leadership roles in IBM Business Consulting unit, IBM Global Processing unit, and Global Business Services in Latin America.

Throughout his career, Jesus has been recognized for his leadership and excellence by various organizations, including Consulting Magazine, Great Minds in STEM, and more. He is also an alumnus of Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, where he earned a degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Telecommunications and Software Engineering. Additionally, he is an adjunct professor at the University of California Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business, and has served as an officer in the Air Force of Spain.
