Anabella Palacios is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in the fields of International Relations, City and Regional Planning, Economic Development, Peace and Conflict Resolution.

She completed her Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Universidad Católica de Córdoba, followed by a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning with a specialization in Economic Development at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Anabella also holds a Certificate in Peace and Conflict Resolution from Duke University.

To further enrich her knowledge, she studied Economic Development and International Law at Sophia University and participated in the Global Female Leadership Program at Homeward Bound.
