Dr. Bill Madigan is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in the medical field and military service.

He holds a degree in M.D. from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) and a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Dr. Madigan has an extensive history with Children's National Hospital, where he has held various key positions including Chief and Interim Chief of the Division of Ophthalmology, Fellowship Director, and Member of the Board of Directors.

His leadership roles extend to the military, where he has served as a Consultant to the Surgeon General in the United States Army, Chief of Ophthalmology at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Residency Program Director at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and Chief of EENT at 121st Evacuation Hospital.
