Ravi Patel has an impressive educational background, holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Rochester, where he also completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He furthered his studies at the State University of New York at Albany, where he studied Business/Managerial Economics, and went on to pursue a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Rochester.

Patel's experience in the technology industry spans various areas, including machine learning, DevOps, and circuit design/VLSI. As the Head of Machine Learning Systems at Kheiron Medical, an organization focused on developing machine learning software to help radiologists detect breast cancer earlier, he was responsible for optimizing machine learning training and enhancing performance. He also has extensive skills in cloud server/storage/networking provisioning, configuration, and automation, including Terraform and AWScli. Patel is also proficient in Kubernetes application deployment and management, docker container development, hardening, and orchestration. Patel's numerous skills include physical device modeling and compact model development, system and embedded programming languages, and scripting languages.

Aside from his excellent technical skills, Patel also has fundraising experience, preparing funded grant proposals for both the government (DARPA, NSF, IARPA, BSF) and industrial partners (Intel, Samsung, Qualcomm). He also has seed stage fundraising experience.
