Yvonne Soh is a self-taught and accomplished technologist with a strong passion for creating innovative user experiences using technology. She is also a devoted dog lover, martial arts practitioner, and lifelong learner. With a BA Hons in Philosophy, Political Science, and Statistics from National University of Singapore and various other qualifications, Soh has made a mark in the technology sector.

Soh started her career as a consultant with National Computer Systems before eventually making a move to Dell as a Product Marketing Manager. During her time at Dell, Soh honed her skills in technical sales and product management. Following a successful stint at Dell, Soh joined F5 Networks as Senior Product Marketing Manager. At F5 Networks, she applied her skills to product marketing.

With a desire to change the prevailing difficulties of chatbot creation, Soh co-founded Jam Factory, an online platform that focuses on blended learning experiences for companies. After co-founding Jam Factory, Soh established Noodle Factory, an instant chatbot platform that automates content curation using natural language processing algorithms for personalized user engagement via conversational AI.

In terms of education, Soh attended Katong Convent School before pursuing her GCE 'A' levels at Temasek Junior College prior to her BA Hons at the National University of Singapore. Currently, she is entirely dedicated to Noodle Factory and expanding what conversational AI can contribute to society.
