Ian Spears

Ian Spears is a young professional with demonstrated leadership abilities, known for inspiring others and driving outcomes efficiently. His work ethic is characterized by loyalty, hard work, and a proactive attitude towards challenges.

Ian holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on American Government and Politics from George Mason University. He also pursued a Bachelor of Science with majors in Political Science/Law and Society, Criminal Justice Systems, and Action Personality and Politics at Frostburg State University.

In his professional journey, Ian served in various roles at the U.S. House of Representatives, including Deputy Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, Senior Legislative Assistant, and Legislative Aide. He was also part of Congressman Steny Hoyer's team in different capacities such as Legislative Correspondent, Staff Assistant, and Intern. Ian further honed his skills through internships at Comcast, the U.S. Department of State, and with House Democratic Leader and Congressman Emanuel Cleaver II.

Ian Spears also contributed to Frostburg State University as a Preview Guide and Coordinator, showcasing his diverse experience in both political environments and educational settings.
