Toi Chia Tan is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in strategy, organization transformation, marketing, communications, and corporate social responsibility. Currently, he holds a key position as SVP, Head Group HR, Corp Planning, Comms & Marketing at Certis Group, a leading integrated security services company headquartered in Singapore.

Before joining Certis, Toi Chia worked as a consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, where he led board effectiveness reviews, board & leadership assessments, culture-shaping assignments, and appointments to board and senior leadership roles. Prior to that, Toi Chia gained valuable experience at PSA, the world's leading port and maritime terminal operator. In his 13-year stint with PSA, he held various roles in P&L leadership, startup leadership, marketing and business development, strategic change management, technology, and corporate communications. He also enjoyed the opportunity to work in different parts of the world including Singapore, the US, Panama, and Italy.

Toi Chia's outstanding academic background includes a BSc in Economics, with first-class honors, from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
