Gabriela McCoy is a highly experienced global consumer insights professional, with a focus on discovering how brands create an emotional connection with consumers. Her career spans over 15 years, during which she has worked in top-tier companies in the spirits, food, FMCG, and logistics industries. McCoy is currently the Director of NAM Portfolio Strategy, Insights, and Analytics at Bacardi, the world's largest privately-held spirits company, where she helps develop a consumer-centric approach for iconic brands such as BACARDÍ rum, PATRÓN, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE, and MARTINI & ROSSI.
McCoy holds an International MBA from the University of Miami, where she studied International Marketing and Finance. She has also studied Renaissance Literature at Oxford University in England and completed further education at Ecole L'Etoile in France.
