Micheline Ntiru is a versatile professional with extensive experience in senior management and advisory positions with multinationals, international NGOs, venture funds, and development finance organizations across various regions and sectors. Micheline has been focusing on advising, investing, and providing leadership development to growth-stage companies and entrepreneurs in Africa, with specializations in financial services, technology, agribusiness, energy, consumer goods, hospitality, manufacturing, health, communications, real estate. She has also been serving as a non-executive director and advisory board member in companies in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

Micheline graduated with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Public Health from Tufts University, an MBA from University of Cambridge, and a BS in Biology from Mount Holyoke College. She has been a business advisor at the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies (Stanford Seed), member of Investco at Kenya Climate Ventures, director of the Board of Directors at the Oxford Policy Management, advisor-Africa at The Lightsmith Group, member of the board of advisors at Samata Capital, Africa advisory at GSG, management consultant, associate director-Africa at The Rockefeller Foundation, manager, transaction advisory, Latin America and the Caribbean at IFC- International Finance Corporation, and manager at Nokia. In addition, she is an executive coach for entrepreneurial leaders in Africa and Latin America, certified by the International Coaching Federation in September 2020. Micheline is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili, and Luganda, with basic German, Kinyarwanda, and Italian.

Micheline is passionate about mentoring, completing her book of short stories, education, Brazil-Africa partnerships, and starting up a media platform called wethreequeensofafrica on YouTube and Podcast platforms.
