In my fifth year at Equiem, as a member of the Leadership Team, I have been playing a critical role in driving Equiem’s growth agenda in APAC and globally. I have taken the lead and full accountability in managing core global strategic clients and APAC channel partners with a focus on increasing revenue. I have also been focusing on developing new business and lifting the brand of Equiem in the APAC market. The role includes:
-  Account managing enterprise level clients. Helping landlords transform their customer experience by deploying tenant engagement SaaS solutions and services. Proving return on investment (ROI) and securing renewals and referrals.
-  Go-to-market (GTM) long-term strategy and national BD / sales plan creation and execution
-  Collaborating with strategic channel and technology partners on joint sales opportunities and solutions
-  Outbound and inbound lead and pipeline management, building trust with top decision makers, multi-stakeholder engagement
-  Collaborating with the broader team on product development / roadmap, data analytics, client and end-user satisfaction measurement
-  C-suite executive reporting, analytics, budgeting and forecasting

GM Business Development and Strategic Partnerships APAC

- BD in the UK and North America, creating business plans, setting up local BD teams for success, developing our global BD platform to facilitate expansion, winning and onboarding first overseas clients
-  Market research and analysis to expand to new regions and industry verticals (commercial real estate, mixed use developments, masterplan projects, shopping centres, residential buildings)
-  Project management to set up and launch new tenant experience platforms and programs
-  Working with the global team to improve processes allowing us to scale business development, marketing, client services, operations and the product

We are partnering with major CRE landlords and agencies to provide a new standard in customer experience. Our platform helps property owners, such as Lendlease, M&G, Mapletree, Spear Street Capital, Global Holdings, Adams & Co., engage with tenants, understand them better and provide services such as digital concierge, news, events, space bookings and other value-adding amenities.

Its core product, the Equiem Tenant Portal, is a digital platform that vastly improves how building managers can communicate with tenants, supercharge their retailers, and manage building facilities.

My team worked with Retail and Brand Partners to engage them with their target audience based in premium office towers, shopping centres, co-working spaces and residential properties. We launched hundreds of products on our e-commerce stores and ran exciting online and offline marketing campaigns across the country.

We launched it on Indiegogo on 1 September 2014, where followers and customers could support this crowdfunding campaign by ordering one of the perks. We raised over $90k, exceeding our target of $70k.

My role kicked off with an integration of a new CRM system into our business. This CRM  was used across the BMW dealer network in Australia.

I regularly delivered CRM training to other departments, such as Sales and Service. Additionally, my role required active communication with the database developers to ensure that CRM functionality and data integrity expectations are met.

I was responsible for developing and managing strategies which allow for more efficient communication with customers during different stages of their purchasing journey.

My role also entailed managing below the line advertising communication for various retail campaigns. These activities included designing eDMs (electronic Direct Marketing) and preparing the database.

As part of my job, I developed and managed CRM reports.

Website management and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) were also important functions of my role.

Finally, as part of the BMW Melbourne Marketing team, I was actively involved in customer loyalty and retail events, as well as print and digital advertising.

Not only did my role require me to develop national marketing and sales strategies, but it also involved direct sales and member coaching activities.

One of the highlights was 'INITIATE the Future' - a brand new conference for young professionals from all over Australia to inspire them, equip them with crucial entrepreneurial skills and connect with specific companies, not-for-profits, governmental and academic institutions. My job was to develop the concept, attract sponsorship and speakers, take care of the event logistics and introduce the organisation to the audience of 400 attendees.

As a president of AIESEC Vilnius (a local chapter of an international youth organisation), I led a team of 50 volunteers and represented our organisation externally. We managed international internships for young professionals in more than 100 countries.
