Susan Schwartz is an expert in organizational development and knowledge management, with a focus on improving people management skills for expert professionals transitioning into management roles. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Organization Development/Knowledge Management from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government.
Schwartz has a wealth of experience in various roles, including Senior Information Assurance Analyst at DISA Cross-Domain Enterprise Solutions Group, VP Product Development at Wave Technologies Training, and Director of Product Management for Baan Education at The Baan Company. She has also worked as an organizational coach, instructional designer, and collaboration and performance improvement specialist at The River Birch Group, where she was a Technical Expert to Excellent Manager Coach.
Schwartz has authored several books, including "Creating A Greater Whole: A Project Manager's Guide to Becoming a Leader," and "Turning Ideas Into Impact: Insights from Silicon Valley Consultants," the latter of which she co-authored. She was also a former Lego Serious Play Certified Facilitator at The River Birch Group.
