Tom is a TEDx speaker, Guinness World Record holder, and a trained NLP and Appreciative Inquiry facilitator. He has also co-authored an Amazon.com bestselling book and is currently working on a second one.

Tom's professional experience includes being the CEO and founder of Swift Kick, lead facilitator at QLN, and director of operations and co-founder at Red Rover. He is also a former CEO and founder of Student Launcher. Tom holds a BA in Business Management from Aurora University and an AA in Applied Science from the College of DuPage.
