Shad Bolling is a product delivery expert who specializes in documentation, analysis, content consultation, and strategy implementation for various organizations. His extensive background in geophysics and English has equipped him to approach new information with curiosity and careful thinking. Shad is passionate about advocating for quality assurance testing and documentation throughout the product lifecycle, and he always considers the user experience in his work. Shad has held several technical and UX content strategist roles at organizations such as CBT Nuggets, Concentric Sky, Lithologee, and EarthSoft Inc., among others. Shad is also an alumnus of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he studied English and geophysics. He also pursued Pre-Engineering at Mountain Empire Community College.
