The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is an American financial services company that provides clearing and settlement services for the financial markets.

Reporting into DTCC’s Corporate Procurement Services, I am engaged to support the SAP Fieldglass Statement of Work (SOW) Module onsite at DTCC for the Managed Service Provider Pontoon Solutions. Responsible for day-to-day operational support of the Program and the client relationship.  Managed Programs inclusive of IT and Non-IT Categories/Suppliers with short-term and multi-year SOW’s. 500+ SOW‘s with budgets up to 10M+ and 150MM in total yearly spend activity.

-  Process improvements and increased system performance of the SOW Module of Fieldglass. Reduced escalations within the first month of support.
-  Established trust with client and vendor teams to push and stabilize fulfillment
-  Trained Program Manager and team of 4 consultants/coordinators to support the Program
-  Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
-  Lead Client support meetings as a liaison between MSP and DTCC Procurement team
-  Accountable for all tracking, reporting, and invoice reconciliation
-  Process improvements for Onboarding & Offboarding or workers 1K+ SOW & Profile Workers
-  As Supplier Main Point of Contact, trained and onboarded over 128 Suppliers
-  Facilitate end-user training, including hiring managers, stakeholders, and supplier representatives
-  Daily interaction with DTCC Head of Procurement to support creation of SOW’s and Change Request process in Fieldglass. Reduced processing time from days/weeks to hours.

Reporting to the VP Group Head of Talent Acquisition, I was tasked with moving from an outsourced recruitment model (RPO) to an internal recruitment team. Successfully built a new internal team of 30 across the US and Mexico.  The team supports about 10,000 Business Technologist(1800 hires in 2018).

RECRUITMENT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - NORTH AMERICAN OPERATIONS - Talent Acquisition
After serving as the AMS RPO lead, I was selected by the client to be responsible for all recruitment service delivery for Atos North American Operations, which included the US, Canada, Mexico & Guatemala. Core responsibilities include oversight of our RPO outsourced recruitment team’s day-to-day activities, strategic initiatives and operations (RPO global team 30+ individuals: leadership, recruiters, sourcing team & admin team) as well as our internal corporate recruitment team (4 individuals). Serve as a peer mentor to SDM’s in other NAO countries (Mexico and the Philippines).

After initially serving as an Atos in-house recruitment lead, I was selected to oversee our transition to an RPO. Oversaw the operations for Alexander Mann Solutions in a 7500-person territory in North and Latin America for Atos’s staffing of IT-related positions. Built and sustained strong relationships with senior leaders and led a team of eight recruiters and provided guidance to team of talent sourcing specialists in a highly complex geographic footprint with staffing needs in excess of 600 open positions. Managed P&L over 500 million for tools and overall operating budget.

As part of an effort to restructure its operations and its go-to-market strategy to be expressly customer-centric and market driven, I was brought on to help expand this new team. My efforts to hire up to 25 Global Marketing Leaders included Segment Leaders for Healthcare, Financial Services, SMB, Global Accounts and Public Sector as well as Portfolio Leaders for Video, Mobility, UCC, Cloud and Contact Center.  These were global roles which required international sourcing in the US, Germany, Brazil, and the UK.

Sourced, interviewed, and processed executive, director level and individual contributor candidates in the Marketing, Merchandising, IT and Finance areas for Office Depot.   	Challenged management to find and utilize non-traditional candidate sources, which resulted in savings for the overall HR budget.  	I was tasked to provide consistency in the recruiting process and did so by creating workflow documents to define and layout the recruiting process.

Business Development Manager for a full service Information Technology Staffing Agency.  Managed and grew a start up location of Global-Tech Resources from 1 office in Florida to an additional office in Tennessee in 9 months as well as expanding Internationally within 14 months.  Recruited and staffed 0 – 65 contractors within a year and a half of business and placed on average 2 direct hires a month.  Increased sales from 0 to 3 million within the first year of business.
