Betsy Walling Furler is a highly skilled consultant, author, speaker, and trainer with 25 years of experience in working with people of varied ages and disabilities. She is the founder of For All Abilities, a company that aids employers in supporting employees with ADHD, Dyslexia, Learning Differences, and Autism. Betsy is an advocate for accurate and respectful disability portrayal in films and serves as a subject matter expert in disabilities, education, cognition, and language. She has developed an innovative software solution to support employees with disabilities, which she is currently beta-testing for small to mid-sized firms.

Betsy is an expert in creating workforce accommodations and helps employers and employees navigate disability challenges in the workplace. She evaluates employee and employer needs, capitalizes on employee strengths, and guides implementation of reasonable accommodation solutions, including those mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Furthermore, Betsy develops comprehensive disability awareness training for managers, staff, and employees.

Betsy is passionate about developing better tech products (apps and websites) to improve lives. Her past speaking engagements at various summits and conferences such as M-Enabling Summit, SXSWedu, and YMCA Houston- Older Adults and Mobile Devices have given her vast experience in helping organizations develop tech products to maximize their product reach in often overlooked portions of society.

Betsy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Austin College and has studied MS in Communication Disorders from The University of Texas at Dallas. She serves as the founder of For All Abilities and has previously held positions at various organizations such as Technology Safety Council, Your App Lady, Communication Circles, Advocate Therapy, Easter Seals Greater Houston, BridgingApps, and Texas Children's Hospital.
