Responsible for recruitment of all staff in all functions of the Winery: Administration, Finance, HR, DTC, Visitor Center and Operations. To include:  job posting (ICIMS), analysis of profiles, sort of the potential resumes and candidates, set-up and spearhead interviews (phone screen and face to face interviews), select & contract final candidates.
Responsible for the definition and implementation of the sourcing strategy for all staff, and optimize costs, efficiency, ROI.
