He has worked with large-cap IOCs and private companies and has led successful execution of major capital projects on five continents. Trey is also the founder of Monteverde Energy and former founding partner of Groundbreaking Energy, a senior geological consultant at CO2CRC Limited, and a tutor, assessor, SME at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). He has held executive positions such as Vice President of Geosciences & Exploration at Pluspetrol and Chief Geoscientist & Managing Partner at Matrix Capacity Petroleum Bhd. Trey has a passion for the conventional energy industry’s transition to net-zero and encourages the prioritization of environmental, social, and governance factors in decision-making.
