Manon Jessua is an accomplished professional with a strong background in conference and event management, film production, programming, and communication. A graduate of Sciences Po with a Bachelor's in Social Sciences and a specialization in International Public Management and Relations, Jessua has worked for a range of international organizations, including Reed MIDEM, Unifrance Film International, Les Rencontres d'Arles, and the Institut français Barcelone.

As a Midem Conference & Content Project Manager at Reed MIDEM, Jessua is responsible for coordinating conference sessions and networking events for music industry professionals, as well as developing content strategies for the Midem community. Jessua also served as an assistant for the conference before her current promotion. In addition to her work with music, Jessua has also had a role in the film industry, working as a festival coordinator for MyFrenchFilmFestival.com and as a programming head for the Alliance française de Pondichéry.

Jessua's expertise in event management and production, combined with her excellent communication skills and international experience, make her a unique asset to any team. Her past work as a broadcast assistant at Radio TSF Jazz and as a public relations officer for the Théâtre de la Chapelle du Verbe Incarné (TOMA) and the Festival d'Avignon further demonstrates her versatility and adaptability.
