With an extensive background in Data and Enterprise Applications, Tanuja has built and grown data, software development, and quality & release organizations. She has proven success in providing leadership oversight for change and transformational initiatives, managing enterprise integration activities and creating high performing global technology teams driving business objectives.

Tanuja holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business. She also holds a Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical Engg. from Delhi College of Engineering, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Columbia University in the City of New York, and studied Software Technology in Computer Science at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Her specialties include data & analytics, technology leadership & engineering delivery, strategy formulation, goals planning & execution, global service delivery & outsourcing, innovation & experimentation, software development life-cycle/agile transformation, process re-engineering and improvement, release, DevOps, program, change, and risk management, and non-profit leadership & governance.

Currently, Tanuja is the Director of Data & Analytics, E2E Business & Data Architecture, Innovation & Experimentation at Cisco. She has previously served as an Advisory Board member of Silicon Valley Center for Operations and Technology Management at Lucas Graduate School of Business and founded the Small Steps Foundation.
