Daniel Batista, a professional with versatile experience in Geoprocessing, Remote Sensing, and Forestry Engineering. Batista holds a forestry engineering degree from the Federal Rural University of Amazonia (UFRA). With five years of experience in agriculture and forestry, he has analyzed millions of hectares through satellite imagery for strategic studies. Batista has been dedicated to Geoprocessing and Remote Sensing for eight years and is skilled in aerial surveys using VANT (fixed and mobile wings) for cartographic base update, control of assets, prospecting of areas, and advancement of works.
He gained hands-on experience as an intern at the National Institute of Space Research (INPE), where he acquired extensive knowledge in Digital Image Processing. Batista's work as a Census Supervisor involved planning, managing, and monitoring data collection during the 2010 Demographic Census.
