In my current portfolio, i head Amazon Shipping Foundational Technoligies which is responsble for providing key platform offerings to simplify WW Amazon transportation.Key functions owned by my teams transporation demand injestion, transportation data Authority, Shippent Control & Orchestration for promise / purchase in a distributed setup. My portfolio comprises of ~ 80+ engineering workforce across different level starting for  SDE-I to Sr Engineering Managers, Architects, Product Management, etc. My systems today supports 400+ different systems in Amazon to be the gateway for business, automation, execution, opertaion, finanace functions to interface with Core Transportation technology architecture.My expertise focuses on strategic planning, building and extending large software systems and infrastructure, team management, technical architecture, design, product management, program management and project management for high availability, high volume transnational systems, web sites and online and mobile applications.I anchor couple of critical people centric initiative for Amazon India, such as - I am the lead scrum practicener trainer for Amazon India, Bar Raiser for Amazon Hiring, Shepherd Tech diversity program from Amazon Hyderbad, Design & Lead - Engineering Leader development programs etc.

Engineering Leader for Amazon Middle Mile technology, Network movement of packages from first hop to last hop in the amazon network, based out of Hyderabad office. Alumini leader @ Amazon to build the first and one of its kind sortation and node execution product line for Amazon which became path breaking in Amazon journey to grow and offer defect free, faster & cheaper package delivery of packages across the globe. As a STL (Single Threaded Leader) to optimize Transshipment and Customer outbound package movement across the world created techmology platform to fit all kind of package movement across all types of building, created techology processes and automation which resembles physical process and its constraints. Built FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) models for different process paths to identify hot spots and use technology to builds automation and system gaurd rails to improve on defect rate, cost and effeciency on the network. As a OpsTech leader actively contributed in designing the new generation operation processes working with multiple Tech organization in Amazon and operation heads.Responsibility included driving customer experience, Operational processes, Legal & Complaince adoption on technology platform, Global standaridazation, building a product which will serve through 500+ Amazon warehouses WW with more than 1 million packages traffic in a day supporting tier-1 operation like labeling, sorting (manual & automatic), outbound operation of every package for Amazon worldwide via systems with tp999 as low as 100ms. Part of leadership group to drive global raodmaps for technology evolution at Amazon for middle mile technologies.
