Stephanie Little Ladeira, a seasoned philanthropy and community development expert, is the current Chief of Philanthropy and Community Development at the Humane Society Silicon Valley. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina. Ladeira has an extensive professional background; before joining HSSV, she served as a Development Manager at Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation and in leadership positions at Walnut Creek Marriott and Carter Brown Catering.
In her current role, Ladeira leads the Humane Society Silicon Valley's fund development team, working collaboratively with the community and donors to create a significant impact on the mission of the organization. Her leadership has championed the organization's vision of building a more caring and enriched community by helping homeless pets and supporting individuals who love animals.
Ladeira's accomplishments demonstrate her passion for animal welfare and her capacity in building strong relationships within communities. She is a skilled fundraiser with a talent for donor relations, grant writing, and program management. Her significant experience in sales, event management, staff management, and strategic planning is an asset to her current role.
