Valentine Dessertenne is a Montreal-based game developer, currently a Producer at Behaviour Interactive. She has a background in entrepreneurship and information systems, with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her work involves leading creative teams with empathy and constant improvement of practices while making production inclusive and efficient. Valentine is passionate about empowering gender-marginalized game developers and volunteers for the Montreal non-profit, Pixelles. Before joining Behaviour Interactive, she worked as an Associate Producer and Project Manager at iLLOGIKA, as well as the VP Startup Relations at McGill Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship, and Co-Founder at Uniiv Ltd.
