Wayne is a former Vice President of Underwriting at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. and Assistant Vice President at CNA Insurance, where he gained broad cross-functional expertise in sales disciplines and management, distribution management, change management, strategy development, business analytics, program and project management, marketing communications, agency automation, operations management, and actuarial and underwriting practices in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.

Wayne is a results-oriented executive who inspires a winning culture based upon trust, excellence, and collaboration. He has a proven track record of success solving complex business problems and coaching managers to achieve positive results. Wayne's strengths include trust, drive, excellence, direction, and learning. He earned his MBA in General Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business and his BBA in Insurance/Actuarial Science from Howard University.
