Tricia Schumann Rakusin

Tricia Schumann is a seasoned professional in managing and owning hyper-growth technology businesses, primarily in the healthcare sector for the past 13 years.

With a wealth of experience spanning various healthcare sectors such as health plan, digital health, and biotech, Ms. Schumann is dedicated to driving healthcare innovation and improving access, affordability, and outcomes for employers, payers, providers, and patients.

Currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at MedTherapy Biotechnology, she also provides advisory services to early-stage healthcare and technology firms on marketing, business development, and fundraising.

Ms. Schumann holds a diverse educational background, including programs at prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School, Harvard Medical School, Columbia Business School, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she actively participates in both for-profit and non-profit boards, including Salt Lake Regional Medical Center, Fair Credit Foundation, HEROIC Cybersecurity, Orriant, and Junior Achievement.
