Joanne Benton is a highly successful sales and management professional with a background in Information Communication Technologies (ICT) and expertise in both business development and key account management. Originally from the UK, Jo started her career in sales support at Computacenter, a leading systems integrator in Europe. She quickly rose through the ranks to become Senior Account Manager and ran the largest UK Government Account, The Home Office, developing lifelong relationships and significantly growing revenues and margins.

After moving to Australia in 2003, Jo held positions ranging from General Manager to Vendor Alliance Management, with responsibility across ANZ. Jo's career then took her to Singapore, where she lived for 5.5 years, managing the key 6 Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) territories and countries – ANZ, SEA, Japan, Korea, India, and GCR. Jo's success continued as she became Director of Business Development for South East Asia and ANZ at The Red Flag Group and later, Regional Partner Enablement Manager APJ at Quest Software.

Throughout her career, Jo has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, team management, and guidance, business enablement, and growth. She is a positive, high-energy, and motivated individual who also enjoys scuba diving, traveling, yoga, gym, and good food/wine. Recently, Jo founded Lavender Mums, a platform for mothers to share and support each other in their personal and professional lives.
