Kevin co-founded Sonoma Risk Insurance Agency, where he developed a first-of-its-kind insurance product that covered the risk of paying an adversary’s attorneys’ fees in litigation, making him a game-changer and legal safety net in the legal community.

Kevin’s vast and varied experience in litigation and enforcement law makes him a valuable asset in handling complex financial issues for high net worth estates. His work as a litigation partner at Los Angeles-based boutique firm Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan and later at Bingham McCutchen LLP has provided him with extensive experience in managing all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts, and he understands the serious effects that negative outcomes can have on personal finances, businesses, and professional reputations. His work at the Securities and Exchange Commission involved investigating and prosecuting various types of financial fraud, allowing him to develop tremendous financial investigative experience.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and a law degree from New York University School of Law.
