He has also worked as an Operations Manager at BlueLion Moving & Storage, where he managed and coordinated major staff moves, maintained successful relationships with key industry stakeholders, and reported daily/weekly Return On Investment statistics to the head of Change (ANZ Bank).

Ivan has a track record of building successful ongoing client relationships and has worked with multinational companies such as ANZ Bank, Telstra, and Sharp Corporation of Australia. In May 2013, he was one of two project managers selected and flown to Sydney to be a part of the ANZ Bank's "Shift 2013". His task was to co-ordinate the relocation of 1300 staff across multiple buildings over the course of a month.
