Shailee Rindani is an experienced Design consultant and Industrial Designer who aims to optimize and innovate through design interventions. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design, and Design innovation from MIT Institute of Design and Massachusetts College of Art and Design respectively, she has established herself as an expert in design thinking strategies. Shailee's educational background has been supplemented with a Certificate in Research and Marketing, which has honed her abilities as a user experience and customer experience consultant.

She started her career as a Design Intern with Universal Designovation Lab LLP and later joined Godrej as an Industrial Design Intern before moving on to LUMIUM and Allnyx Technologies LLP as an Industrial Designer. After this, she worked as a Customer Experience Intern at Hill Holliday and moved on to Freelance as a User Experience Consultant. Currently, she is a Senior Design Consultant for Research and Strategy at Turian Labs, where she consults and innovates with design thinking strategies.

Some of her significant accomplishments include her work with the development of a modular crutch system and designing a low-cost, scalable newborn care device. She believes in utilizing design thinking to solve problems and create a better world. Her expertise and experience span a wide range of disciplines, including Industrial Design, Product Innovation, Customer Experience, User Experience, and Research and Marketing.
