Abir Hridoy is a passionate entrepreneur and the CEO of Matte IT Ltd, a growing IT firm. He shares a philosophy of HAILing everything with great enthusiasm toward his colleagues, employees, and clients, focusing on honesty, authenticity, integrity, and love. Abir's hard work and dedication led him to win the biggest business competition in Bangladesh, the Banglalink Ennovators. He is pursuing an MS in big data-related fields since he is passionate about data analytics and its applications. He studied BS in Computer Science and Engineering at North South University, followed by two Master's degrees from the University of Reading.

Abir has experience in diverse organizations, from internships at Bright Network, KPMG, banglalink, and Team Pharmaceuticals Ltd., to the position of Director of Information Technology at Tahmidur Rahman - CLP - Law Firm. He was also a teaching assistant at North South University and a research assistant. He has expertise in data analytics consulting, business development analysis, and IT management. Abir is a competent professional who uses his experience to advance himself, his company, and his clients.
