Marco Milesi is a renowned CEO in the advertising industry, with over 30 years of international experience working with some of the world's biggest brands. Currently, he is the CEO of Grey Group Latin America, where he has led the region to various successful accolades, including "Best Network of 2019" by AdLatina, "Top 5 Best Agencies in LATAM 2019" by El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and "Agency of the Year 2020" by Circus Peru. Marco is passionate about equity and inclusion policies and has leveraged his experience to spearhead transformational growth within management and leadership in Latin America. Before his current position, Marco co-founded CIRCUS Grey in 2007 and held various positions, including CEO and Partner. He has also worked as CEO of Lowe Singapore and SVP of Business & Operations Development LATAM at Leo Burnett. Throughout his career, Marco has worked with brands such as Procter & Gamble, Kellogg, McDonald's, Philip Morris, General Motors, Visa, Sony Ericsson, Ferrero, and Fiat, among others.
