Megan Dobson

Megan Dobson is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, human capital, and consulting across multiple industries. With a passion for enabling organizational and business performance, she has successfully designed, developed, and enhanced enterprise programs to address complex business challenges and achieve strategic business outcomes. Megan holds a Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a business minor from Sam Houston State University.

Megan's career highlights include her role as Vice President Employee Experience at Northwestern Mutual, where she oversaw the organization's employee experience program. She has also held various senior leadership roles at Northwestern Mutual, including Sr Director, Talent Program Manager, Sr Director Client Experience, Director Workforce Planning and Development, and Director Human Resources. Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Megan served as Vice President Organizational Effectiveness at Johnson Financial Group and worked as a Consultant at CONSULTING PSYCHOLOGISTS, INC.
