Martin Goldberg
Martin Goldberg is a seasoned organizational development expert with over thirty years of experience in helping companies achieve excellence through change. With a strong background in Fortune 500, government, and mid-sized enterprises, he has honed his skills in executive consultation and leadership coaching, facilitation, team building, conflict resolution, change management strategy, and navigation.
Martin is the Founder and Principal of Distant Drummer LLC, a DC area organizational development firm that helps leaders and enterprises embrace strategic change. He is also a faculty member of the Organization Behavior department at Pepperdine University, having studied a Master's in Organization Development at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, he earned a degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
In his professional career, Martin has served as Director at Deloitte Consulting, Managing Director at BearingPoint, and Vice President of Organization Development at Imperial Bank in California. As an author of numerous articles, Martin has contributed significantly to the fields of individual, group, and organizational dynamics.
