Lisa Fox is a highly accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience in building and developing high performing teams. Her passion for Talent Acquisition has led her to excel at driving innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent, as well as foster a highly engaged workforce. With expertise in the industries of Consulting, Public Accounting, Financial Services, and Insurance, she is also highly accomplished in Executive Recruiting in addition to TA Leadership.

Lisa's qualifications include an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, IL, as well as certification as an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter and an AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter. Furthermore, she is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM - SCP).

Prior to her current role as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at North Highland, Lisa held leadership positions such as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Executive Search - Americas at FTI Consulting, Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Finance & Restructuring at FTI Consulting, and Recruiting / Sourcing Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP. Outside of work, Lisa was a Volunteer (part-time) at Wounded Warrior Project.
