Adam Nelson is a successful venture capitalist and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in business development, investment banking, and revenue partnerships. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Brown University and completing an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Nelson embarked on a career that would see him hold various senior positions across several well-known organizations. He began as an Investment Banking Analyst (Consumer) at Merrill Lynch before moving to investment firm Lindsay Goldberg, where he worked as an Investment Associate. Nelson then transitioned to the tech industry, starting as a Business Development Intern at Twitter and later becoming Director of Head of Revenue Partnerships and Head of Channel Partnerships at Dropbox. From there, Nelson joined the venture capital firm Social Capital LP as Principal, Partner, and Board Partner before assuming a similar role at South Park Commons. Currently, he is a Partner at FirstMark Capital.
