Dr. Al-Ali has extensive experience in overseeing the formulation and execution of successful turnaround strategies, as demonstrated during her tenure as Chief Strategy Officer at Bahrain Middle East Bank. She is an expert in performance monitoring and implementing best practices, and has a passion for startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Her expertise includes the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as fintech, AI, blockchain, and digitization into business strategies. She is skilled in design thinking and rapid prototyping, business development, partnerships and stakeholder management, and project and strategic initiatives management.

Dr. Al-Ali is the founder and CEO of Innovations SMC and has held various high-level positions throughout her career, including Strategy Consultant & Advisor, and Strategy Director & Acting Retail Banking Head at ABC Bank.
