At Immaya Sports we help sports-related brands expand their business in various European marketplaces by offering full service distribution including consultancy, marketing, sales (B2B and B2C), logistics and warehousing. As a Marketing Manager my responsibilities extend beyond the marketing department and into departments such as sales and logistics.

-  Lead a multi-country, multidisciplinary marketing and communications team.
-  Identify, approach, and negotiate with providers.

-  Analyzed the feasibility of transferring the pharmaceutical production to Spain.
-  Developed a limited scale marketing plan resulting in a 310% rise in web sales and a 120% increase in offline sales, nearly doubling profit.

-  Increase awareness and D2C sales in areas without distribution through SEO.
