Kara Waddell is a highly experienced nonprofit executive and community leader, with expertise in corporate social responsibility, public-private partnerships, and philanthropy. She holds an MPA in Public Administration from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and a BA in Developmental and Child Psychology from Duke University. Waddell previously served as President and CEO at Child Care Associates, Executive Director at Early Learning Hub, Inc., and State Executive for Early Learning & Child Care at Oregon State Government. She has also worked as a Fellow of Philanthropy at Harvard's Hauser Center for Nonprofits and as China Chief Liaison Officer and China Director at Operation Blessing Relief & Development.
