Michael Kraines is a seasoned investment banker with over 25 years of experience on Wall Street. He has completed over $35 billion of transactions and has dedicated his entire career to helping financial technology companies grow and flourish. Kraines has held various senior leadership positions in his career and currently serves as President and CFO at Trading Technologies. In his role, he oversees the company's global sales, directs business development, and commercial partnerships. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the functional departments and focuses on the company's strategy, financial strength, and growth model.

Before joining Trading Technologies, Kraines served as managing director at both Sandler O’Neill + Partners and Wasserstein Perella & Co. He also worked as a venture capital attorney at Kirkland & Ellis. Kraines is an alumnus of Cornell University, Harvard Law School, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

In addition to serving Trading Technologies, Kraines has also served on the board of directors for CoinFLEX, YCharts, and Trading Technologies Inc. Kraines' extensive experience in investment banking and financial technology makes him an authority in the field, and his leadership has helped Trading Technologies to maintain its position as a leading provider of trading software and solutions.
