Carley Klekas, MBA, is a sustainability consultant specializing in the cosmetics and personal care industry. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and has expertise in sustainability strategy, corporate social responsibility, chemical management, sustainability development, green chemistry, and clean beauty. Carley works with leading brands and retailers to integrate sustainability into their operations and provides technical expertise in ingredient transparency, product development, supply chain issues, and sustainable packaging.

Before founding CleanB Consulting, LLC, Carley served as Product Sustainability Consultant at SEPHORA, Sustainability Project Manager at Luminesa Illuminated Marketing, Marketing & Insights Corporate Social Responsibility at VolunteerMatch, and Sustainability and Marketing Manager at BIOSSANCE. Carley has a range of experiences that includes public relations, branding and communication, environmental health, public speaking, and equity.

Carley is highly knowledgeable in the field of sustainability and has served as a board member of Presidio Graduate School. She is a former EDF Climate Corps Fellow at Environmental Defense Fund and Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2) Marketing Fellow at Natural Resources Defense Council.
