Bob Girton is a Partner at Edgewater Capital, a private equity firm specializing in lower middle market performance materials businesses like specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and engineered substances.

Edgewater Capital is actively looking for platform and add-on investment opportunities, especially in manufacturers of specialty and fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, engineered sealing solutions, advanced ceramics, and plastic additives.

Bob Girton has a strong educational background with studies at The Levin Institute, an MBA focusing on Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance Management from The University of Akron.

Prior to his role at Edgewater Capital, Bob worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. and Candlewood Partners.
