Having written software to maintain and expedite the logistics of onboard provisioning for myself on the one ship I was performing the duties of deck officer as, the company relaized the enormeous advantages of such application, since I could send the requests, weeks in advance as a single file, anywhwere we had internet connection in the Carribean, instead of using expensive courier to deliver paperwork, containing the same information. I was asked to deploy my app for the entire fleet of 8 ships. 

Subsequentially, I landed a job ashore at their Miami Beach headquarters overseeing and continuing development on this software for an additional 3 years. During that time I also became heavily involved in their website and online reservation system.
