Sage Bolte is an experienced healthcare consultant with a wealth of knowledge in the hospital and health care industry. Bolte has a PhD in Social Work from The Catholic University of America, an MSW in Social Work, Interpersonal Practice from the University of Michigan, and a BA in Psychology and Social Work from Hope College. In addition, Bolte studied early childhood education at Pikes Peak Community College and attended Newhart Junior High School. Bolte has held various positions throughout their career, including Executive Director of Life with Cancer and Patient Experience, where they helped provide psychosocial programs to cancer patients. Bolte has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at George Mason University and as an Oncology Social Work Intern at Karmanos Cancer Institute.
Bolte has served as a consultant, lecturer, and trainer in Sexual Health and Oncology Care, addressing topics ranging from Professional Burnout to Palliative Care. Bolte has also worked as a Hospice Bereavement Counselor Intern at Hospice of Holland and as a Case Manager at ACT (Assertive Community Treatment), Washtenaw County Community Mental Health. Furthermore, Bolte is a speaker for the Speakers Bureau on Sexuality, Intimacy, and Breast Cancer. Currently, Bolte is the Chief Philanthropy Officer and President of the Inova Health Foundation at Inova Health System. Bolte has a demonstrated history of working in healthcare services and is skilled in Sexual Health, Patient Experience, Palliative Care, Professional Burnout, Healthcare, Young Adults, and Medicine.
