Henrique Innecco is an experienced professional with a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universidade Federal do Ceará, an MBA in Project Management from Universidade de Fortaleza, and an Executive MBA with emphasis in Strategy from COPPEAD UFRJ.

Henrique has worked in various roles throughout his career, including CTO, R&D Manager, and Product Manager at Eletra Energy Solutions. Prior to that, he served as a Professor at Universidade de Fortaleza, R&D Coordinator at Control Inovações Tecnológicas, Project Engineer at Eletra Energy Solutions, Product Engineer at Fae Tecnologia, and System Analyst at Synapsis. He also worked as a Trainee and Scientific CNPq Scholarship Holder at Engesolda.

Throughout his career, Henrique has gained extensive experience in developing and managing new technologies and products. He has demonstrated expertise in research and development, project management, and product management. Henrique has also shown strong skills in strategy development, leadership, and innovation.
