He presently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Best Buy Canada, a leading specialized retailer in consumer electronics, entertainment, and appliances. Previously, Ron was the Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Ecommerce, Vice President of Merchandising, and Director of Merchandising at Best Buy Canada. Prior to that, he served as Senior Product Manager at Future Shop, where he honed his skills in product management and marketing.

Throughout his career, Ron has demonstrated a deep understanding of the retail landscape, driving growth and profitability for his companies. He is a strategic thinker, skilled in identifying market trends and opportunities and leveraging them to deliver results. Ron is also a seasoned leader, with extensive experience in coaching and developing teams, building a customer-centric culture, and driving teamwork across the organization.
