Serena Tsay is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She studied at the prestigious California Academy of Mathematics and Science in high school and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Systems Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
