She has been working relentlessly to identify the underlying sales, operational, and marketing issues that are hindering the growth of companies. Becky and her team at Concept To Contract help these companies construct corrective recommendations and implement strategies to improve their growth, rebranding, and go-to-market positioning.
Becky's strong business acumen has been acknowledged by her previous employers, where she has built, launched, and executed programs that have fuelled growth in various global companies. Her previous leadership roles include marketing, business development, influencer relations, strategic pursuits, process reengineering, and account development. Becky's visionary approach has produced exceptional outcomes for her employers, including increasing the average deal size by 200%, launching a channel that contributed 50% of the company's new logo growth within 2 years, and supporting more than $9 billion in total contract revenue in new business.

Becky pursued her Associate of Science (A.S.) at Panola College and completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism and Business at the University of North Texas. She has served as a former board member at LifePoint Church Plano, a former member of the International Encephalitis Consortium, and a former board member at Encephalitis Global. She was also a guest lecturer at the University of North Texas.
