Kayla Shifrin is a highly detail-oriented and intellectually curious digital media and special collections librarian with extensive experience in digital asset management and monographs acquisitions. Shifrin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and English from Oberlin College and a Master of Arts in Library Science from Long Island University. She has demonstrated her expertise as a former Digital Asset Coordinator at Marvel Entertainment and an Intern at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. She has also held positions at Artstor, Jasa, Pierre Marcolini, and Oberlin College. Shifrin possesses a broad range of interests and abilities, with a particular focus on digitization and digital asset management, cataloging, rare books and special collections, and reference services.
