Product Manager

In this role, I serve as the Product Manager as well as the Product Owner for PTC's newest manufacturing application - Operator Advisor built on ThingWorx - PTC's Industrial Innovation Platform. I focus on:

- Establishing product strategy and ensuring the fit with PTCs overall manufacturing strategy

- Collaborating with development, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure overall product success

- Empowering integration partners to deliver a useful and valuable solution to our customers

In this role, I served as a Solution Architect in the Smart Connected Operations group for PTC.  I was responsible for:
- Developing first of a kind IoT and Augmented Reality proofs of concept and demonstrations for conference keynotes and PTC's customer experience center

- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on PTC's suite of manufacturing IoT applications

- Supporting first implementations of these solutions with partners and customers

- Working with product management to gather requirements for new products as well as validate new solutions.

IoT Manufacturing Solutions Specialist

Built a demo for the keynote stage of NI Week in collaboration with ThingWorx and PTC.  Supported customers who had problems with LabVIEW.  Staffed several demonstrations of NI products on the NI Week expo floor.
